Refund policy

We hope that you will love your purchase but if you are not completely happy we will offer an exchange or refund provided that are not damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn as these will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.  We must receive your returned items within 14 days of the date you received the items.

 

Please obtain proof of postage from your Post Office as this will be required should your return be delayed or go missing.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us or any delay in your return reaching us.

 Once your return has been received, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note that at peak times, it may take us longer than usual to process your return, up to 14 days. Please ensure you include your order number when returning any items, as without this we are unable to complete your refund, and if you want an exchange, please include what style/ size and print you require. We will notify you by email when we receive and approve your return. will then issue a refund by the same payment method as your order within 30 days of you posting the return.
